WHERE TO SEND SUBMISSIONS
ALL SUBMISSIONS/QUESTIONS should be submitted to the webmaster, Tommy Borawski, at [email protected].
FOR GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS/NEWS ARTICLES FOR A WEEKEND...
It should be submitted to our webmaster NO LATER than 5 PM on the Wednesday prior to weekend requested. If there is a picture/document they would like included, it should be included in with the submission. File formats accepted: JPG, GIF, PSD, TIFF, PDF, and DOC. If a Word document is included, it will be automatically converted to a PDF file.
FOR ANNOUNCEMENTS/NEWS ARTICLES PROMOTING A MAJOR EVENT (Picnic, etc..)
It is requested that all info/flyers be sent to our webmaster NO LATER than 3 weeks prior to the event. File formats accepted: JPG, GIF, PSD, TIFF, PDF, and DOC. If a Word document is included, it will be automatically converted to a PDF file.
PHOTO POLICY
It is the responsibility of the parish to only use artwork which the parish has right to use photographs, clipart or images. Copying and using a photograph or other image without permission violates copyright law. This is true even when the image is found online such as through Google Images. The presence of a photograph or image online does not automatically mean the parish has the right to copy or use the photo or image. Those rights belong to the photographer or publisher. If you are unsure, contact the office prior to the artwork usage.
