No dates and/or locations for an event or meeting is confirmed until the date and location have been okayed by the parish office. Some events may need the Pastor’s approval, so please schedule your event AT LEAST one month before the date of the event.
After deciding upon a date for your event, please contact the Parish Office to put the event on the parish calendar. Even if the event is only for your group and not a parish-wide event, all events should be added to the parish calendar. This helps the parish to know what is going on, when and when.
If there is any setup needed, other than what you are able to provide, please inform the Parish Office along with your contact information. Our maintenance team will confirm the details with you. Please note that a fee may be incurred to provide this support. Any requests for maintenance support need to be made at least 7 days in advance.
If doors need to be unlocked/locked doors for your event, please contact the Parish Office. An adult (over 18) must pick up and sign out a key during normal office hours. The key should be returned on the first day the office is open after your event.
