Parish secretary Maureen Mountcastle
In recent memory there have been very few secretaries employed by the parish. Carol Mueller has been in the school office over 20 years, after taking over the duties from Dorothy Zeeck.

Gertrude Ehrbar started in the rectory office in the 1930s, at first just to keep financial records and to print the lists of parishioners and their donations. In the early 1950s, Eleanor Vyhnalek began as an assistant to her husband, George, who was the parish bookkeeper. When Miss Ehrbar retired Mrs. Vyhnalek became the parish secretary. With her retirement in 1994 at the age of 82, the present secretary, Maureen Mountcastle, moved up to that position.

The parish added a parish nurse, Ann Horning, to its staff in January 1998. Her duties include helping parishioners, as individuals and as a group, understand health questions and to provide further pastoral care for the sick and for shut-ins.

Parish school staff (L to R): Principal Joyce Needham, Fr. Tom Mahoney, secretary Carol Mueller, Fr. Tom Hagedorn, secretary Jane Wasko and Fr. Joe Pednekar
Eleanor Vyhnalek worked for the parish for more than 40 years before her retirement in 1994
